Frequently asked questions
Does my data go to an XNK24 server?
No. Documents, HS codes and partner names are processed and stored on your machine. The server sees your account, Pro plan status and app version. The app can send a few anonymous usage numbers, only if you turn that on, and you can read them before they go.
Will my computer run it?
Windows 10/11 or an Apple-silicon Mac with 8 GB of RAM or more; 16 GB is comfortable. The model is about 5 GB, downloaded once at install. No separate graphics card needed.
What does the price include?
1,369,000 VND once, first month included. From the second month, 90,000 VND a month. One price for every feature, automatic updates, nothing extra per document.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer with the payment code shown on your account page. It is matched automatically; the plan opens within a minute of the money landing. Prepaying 3, 6 or 12 months costs less: 255,000 VND, 480,000 VND, 900,000 VND (12 months includes 2 free).
What happens if I stop paying?
The app switches to read mode: every chat, worksheet and document still opens and exports; only new work needs a renewal. Nothing is deleted. The briefing, blog, community and legal reader stay free.
Is it for students?
Yes. The free part (briefing, blog, Q&A, legal reader) needs no payment. The 463 skill modules are part of the Pro plan.
